What is Christmas without a good chilled Eggnog?

I found this recipe in the Good Taste Magazine and modified it slightly a la Cape Town style. Chilled, very chilled… and with Cape Velvet. So now, everyone is chillin’ here with their eggnog, preparing dinner.
The left over eggnog will be turned into ice cream… if there is any left!
